The International Thirukkural Foundation (ITF) was established in Mauritius by Professor Dr. Armoogum Parsuramen (GOSK), a distinguished statesman and former Director of UNESCO.
The ITF is dedicated to celebrating and spreading the profound wisdom of Thirukkural, the timeless classical Tamil text by Thiruvalluvar. We explore its universal values of ethics, governance, love, and peace to promote global harmony and mutual respect.
Our foundation actively promotes academic research, fosters international scholarly collaboration, and examines the relevance of Thirukkural in modern contexts through global conferences and partner initiatives.
